  • Single Applicant - Family of 4: USD 250,000

    • USD 25,000 applied for each additional dependent from 5th onwards under the age of 18

    • USD 50,000 applies for each additional dependent from 5th onwards age 18 and above

(B) Real Estate Investment Option

  • Single Applicant or Family Application: USD 400,000 real estate investment

  • Additional Processing Fees to be paid along with real estate investment as per below :

    • USD 25,000 for the Main Applicant

    • USD 15,000 for the Spouse

    • USD 15,000 for each dependent age 18 and above

    • USD 10,000 for each dependent age 17 and below

  • Due Diligence Fees: USD 10,000 (main applicant) USD 7,500 (each dependent age 16 and above)

  • Passport Fees: USD 300 per applicant

    • Once the documents are collected, the file is sent to the St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship Unit for submission

  • Due Diligence (approximately 3 - 4 months)

    • Once the file is submitted, the government sends it out to a third party contractor to conduct due diligence

  • Bank Clearance of Funds (approximately 1 - 3 weeks)

    • Once the due diligence is finalized and the file is approved, the required financial contribution must be paid and goes through a bank clearance process

  • Citizenship & Passport Issuance (approximately 1 month)

    • Once the funds clear, the government issues the Citizenship Certificate and Passport
