Investment OPTIONS: (A) Government Donation or (B) Real Estate Investment

(A) Government Donation Option

  • Single Applicant - Family of 4: USD 235,000

    • USD 25,000 applies for each additional dependent from 5th onwards

    • USD 75,000 applies if a qualifying sibling of the main applicant is added to the application

(B) Real Estate Investment Option

  • Single Applicant or Family Application: USD 270,000 real estate investment

    • Additional 4% share registration fee of USD 10,800 must be paid along with investment of USD 270,000

  • Additional Government Fees to be paid along with real estate investment as per below :

    • USD 50,000 for an application of 1 to 4 members

    • USD 25,000 applies for each additional dependent from 5th onwards

    • USD 50,000 applies if a qualifying parent of the main applicant is added to the application

    • USD 75,000 applies if a qualifying sibling of the main applicant is added to the application

Additional Payable Fees

In addition to the chosen investment (Donation or Real Estate), applicants must pay the following fees:

  • Due Diligence Fees: USD 5,000 (per applicant age 16 and above)

  • Application Fees: USD 1,500 per applicant

  • Processing Fees: USD 1,500 (per applicant age 18 and above) USD 500 (per applicant age 17 and below

  • Interview Fees: USD 1,000 (per applicant age 17 and above)

  • Passport Fees: USD 250 per applicant

  • Oath of Allegiance Fees: USD 80 per applicant

  • Service / Professional Fees: This fee is subject to Aryzen Global’s case analysis and number of applicants per application

Process & Time to Citizenship

  • Document Collection (approximately 3 - 4 weeks)

    • The initial step is the collection of required documents set forth by the governement for submission

  • Submission of File (approximately 1 week)

    • Once the documents are collected, the file is sent to the citizenship unit for submission

  • Due Diligence (approximately 3 - 4 months)

    • Once the file is submitted, the government sends it out to a third party contractor to conduct due diligence

  • Bank Clearance of Funds (approximately 1 - 3 weeks)

    • Once the due diligence is finalized and the file is approved, the required financial contribution must be paid and goes through a bank clearance process

  • Citizenship & Passport Issuance (approximately 1 month)

    • Once the funds clear, the government issues the Citizenship Certificate and Passport
