(B) Real Estate Investment Option
Single Applicant or Family Application: USD 200,000 real estate investment
Additional Processing Fees to be paid along with real estate investment as per below :

USD 15,000 applies for each additional dependent from 5th onwards
Additional Payable Fees
In addition to the chosen investment (Donation or Real Estate), applicants must pay the following fees:
Due Diligence Fees: USD 7,500 (Main Applicant) USD 7,500 (Spouse) USD 4,000 (Dependent Child age 18 +) USD 2,000 (Dependent Child age 12 - 17)
Passport Fees: USD 300 per applicant
Bank Due Diligence Fees: USD 1,050 per application

Process & Time to Citizenship
DOCUMENT COLLECTION (approximately 3 - 4 weeks)
The initial step is the collection of required documents set forth by the government for submission
SUBMISSION OF FILE (approximately 1 week)
Once the documents are collected, the file is sent to the Citizenship Unit for submission
DUE DILIGENCE (approximately 3 - 4 months)
Once the file is submitted, the government sends it out to a third party contractor to conduct due diligence
BANK CLEARANCE OF FUNDS (approximately 1 - 3 weeks)
Once the due diligence is finalized and the file is approved, the required financial contribution must be paid and goes through a bank clearance process
CITIZENSHIP & PASSPORT ISSUANCE (approximately 1 month)
Once the funds clear, the government issues the Citizenship Certificate and Passport
